Privacy policy
In short: I only use the data you send me to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare the collaboration. I don't sell it, share it for advertising or use tracking cookies.
01 Who is responsible for your data
The byleo.ro website is run by Cristian-Leonard Țitei ("byleo"), based in Curtea de Argeș, Romania. For any question about your data, write to contact@byleo.ro.
02 What I collect
Only the data you send through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number and company, the services you are interested in, the indicative budget and timeline, and your message.
To understand how you found the site, the request also includes the page it was sent from, the referring website and, where present, campaign parameters (UTM). To protect against abuse, the server keeps an anonymised fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, not the address itself.
03 Why I use it and on what basis
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and, if we decide to work together, to take the steps needed before a contract.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not send newsletters or use the data for advertising.
04 How long I keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange and then deleted. If a request becomes part of a contract, the legal retention periods for accounting documents apply.
05 Who I share it with
No one, for commercial purposes. The data is stored on the server that hosts this website and forwarded to me by email. Hosting and email providers act only as processors that make this communication possible.
06 Cookies and statistics
This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. If traffic statistics are enabled, they are anonymous, cookie-free and cannot identify you. Technical information needed by the form (such as the source of your visit) is kept only in your current browser session.
07 Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with a simple email to contact@byleo.ro. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
