Trainees, tests and documents — in one place.
01 About the project
A web app used every day in EU-funded (ESF+) training projects. It brings trainees, groups, digital skills tests (DigComp) and their results together in one place, then automatically generates the documents the funder requires: annexes, attendance sheets and reports.
It replaces separate scripts and manual work in Excel and Word with a single workflow, with roles and permissions for every team member.

Configurable roles and permissions, global people search, archiving and history.

Document generation — annexes, attendance sheets, PDF reports — with previews and signatures.

Automatic nightly sync with the tests in WordPress/QSM, plus automated checks (CI).
